Refund Policy

At Ahad Media, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality digital marketing services, including content creation, influencer marketing, organic reach strategies, and social media campaigns. We value transparency and client satisfaction, and this Refund Policy outlines our approach to service cancellations and refund requests.

By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. 
 

1. Services Are Non-Refundable
 

Due to the customized and creative nature of our work, all services provided by Ahad Media are non-refundable once the project has commenced or deliverables have been shared. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Content creation (visual, written, or video content)

  • Social media strategy and campaign planning

  • Influencer collaborations and outreach

  • Paid media management

  • Organic content distribution

  • Consulting and brand strategy sessions

Once a project is approved and work has begun, we allocate time, talent, and resources specifically for your project, making refunds infeasible.
 

2. Cancellation Policy
 

Clients may request to cancel a service prior to the start of any work. In such cases, we may issue a partial refund, minus any administrative or planning fees already incurred.

To be eligible:

  • The cancellation request must be made in writing to info@ahad-media.com

  • The request must be received at least 5 business days before the project start date

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method.
 

3. Exceptions & Special Considerations
 

In rare cases, at our sole discretion, we may consider refund or credit options if:

  • The service was not delivered in accordance with the agreed project scope

  • There was a confirmed failure on our part to meet outlined deadlines (without prior communication or agreement)

These considerations do not apply if delays were caused by:

  • Incomplete or delayed input from the client

  • Scope changes or revision requests mid-project

  • External factors beyond our control (e.g., platform outages, influencer unavailability)
     

4. Payment Disputes
 

We encourage open communication. If you’re dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, please reach out to your account manager or email us directly at info@ahad-media.com. Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us may result in a suspension of current or future services.
 

5. No Refunds for Third-Party Costs
 

Any third-party costs paid on your behalf (e.g., ad spend, influencer fees, media buying, platform subscriptions) are strictly non-refundable once paid. These costs are governed by the terms of the third-party providers.
